As an important pillar of the state power and social and political groups, the union as a link will be linked with the masses of workers, its social responsibility in the present era is from the perspective of the development of the cause of the party and the country, the urgent development of the urgent, Hope, active participation in social management.Taking the case study of Shaanxi Province as an example, this paper combs the domestic and foreign related literature, defines the core concept of this paper, and expounds the theoretical basis of the study. Secondly, combining with the actual situation of Shaanxi Province Federation of Trade Unions, the paper analyzes the present situation of Shaanxi Province Federation of Trade Unions' participation in social management, and analyzes the existing problems through questionnaire survey, mainly manifested in the weak labor union supervision, the rights and interests maintenance situation of migrant workers Severe, lack of the right to speak the interests of coordination, the provision of public services is not high efficiency. On this basis, this paper introduces the experience of trade union participation in social management at home and abroad, and analyzes the enlightenment brought by the practical experience at home and abroad. Finally, this paper designs the way to strengthen the participation of the Shaanxi Provincial Federation of Trade Unions in social management, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, including creating a favorable external social environment, safeguarding the interests of the disadvantaged workers, innovating the means of safeguarding rights and helping to improve the efficient public services, And from the clear role of positioning and strengthen their own construction in two aspects of protection measures.The results of this paper can help the Shaanxi Provincial Federation of Trade Unions to actively explore new ways to serve the social management, to better serve the local economic development and social harmony and stability.
