Research On The Development Strategy Of A Prison Enterprise

With the continuous development and progress of China's social economy,Chinese prison system is constantly improving and reforming,started in 2003,its reform basically completed in 2012.Most provinces have set up their own prison enterprises,also as an independent legal entity.In current fierce competition environment,those enterprises are not only embracing rare opportunities and development,but also challenges and risks.Therefore,those enterprises do need to take their own advantages to seize every chance to survive competition,and to form unique core competitiveness---a top priority for all enterprises.This thesis takes the A prison enterprise as the main research object,which combined with the theory of enterprise strategy management,in order to analyze the status quo of the development of prison enterprises in our country.By reviewing the historical development and system reform of prison enterprises,on the basis of the current situation of A prison enterprise,this thesis puts forward to give full play to its own advantages and to avoid weaknesses,and actively participates in market competition.At the same time,this thesis uses the PEST analysis method to detail the economic environment which the A prison enterprise currently faced,from the political,economic,social and technical environment.In the thesis,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of enterprise are elaborated by using the analysis method of SWOT,which in order to put forward the strategic objectives of enterprises.Moreover,the analysis method also made it clear that the market position of enterprise,and worked out the development strategy and safeguard measures for A prison enterprise which including low cost strategy,market development strategy,talent development strategy and brand strategy etc.This thesis investigates the implementation of enterprise development strategy,focused on perfecting incentive policy for the labor,blazing new trails for human resource development and management,consummating the criminal remuneration system and disposal of remuneration,and innovating cultural construction of prison enterprise etc.In this thesis,we study the security measures for the implementation of A prison enterprise strategy from four aspects of law,funds,policy and personnel management.Meanwhile,this paper provides reference for the economic operation of A prison enterprise,and provides reference for the reform and development of other prison enterprises.
