In recent years,with the rapid process of urbanization in China,labor force resources in rural areas began to drain.However,because of the limits of various factors,such as education policy,living conditions and working environment and so on,the majority of underage children can only be left in the countryside,resulting in the problem of rural left-behind children.Undeniably,the rural population has become the main body of labor force that required by urban development.By working in the city,rural migrant workers can not only improve the family economic status of individuals,but also be able to contribute their efforts to the development of social undertakings.However,it is noteworthy that the long-term separation of parents and children will to a certain extent affect the children's cognition,emotion and behavioral performance,and then easily causing the problem of their ideological and moral aspects.In this way,it will affect the children's own growth at the same time,also the well-being of the individual family,which is not conducive to the construction of new socialist countryside and the realization of Chinese dream.Under the above background,I identified the direction for studying in this thesis as the problem of left-behind children's ideology and morality in countryside,with a view to being able to provide my own meager power for caring and protecting the rural left-behind children.On the whole,this study based on the support of the empirical data,integrated use of multi-disciplinary knowledge such as psychology,management and economics and so on to analyze the present situation and the reasons of the problem why it exists of rural left-behind children's ideology and morality,and put forward the effective corresponding strategies for the problem of rural left-behind children's ideology and morality.Specifically,I collected and collated data and information in accordance with the thinking path that combining the theoretical and empirical analysis,quantitative and qualitative analysis in terms of the research methods,and also applied the methods of consulting literature,questionnaire survey and case interview one by one to the writing of the paper,and strived to ensure the validity of the research results.In the content,the article is divided into six parts:the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduced the background of selecting this topic and significance of the research,the current situation of academic research at home and abroad,the train of thought and methods when I studied.The second part is an empirical study on the present situation of left-behind children's ideology and morality in three rural primary schools which come from W area of Shenxian County in Shandong Province.Among them,it mainly included the definition of the research object,the design and implementation process and the brief analysis of the sample results and so forth,and further elaborated and summarized these acquired information.The third part aimed at revealing the problem that existing in the ideological and moral aspects of rural left-behind children according to the empirical research about the present situation of rural left-behind children's ideology and morality in the last part.In the fourth part,I analyzed the reasons that why rural left-behind children's ideology and morality would go wrong on the basis of combining the former two parts in detail.The main contents of it included four aspects,namely,the weakening of family education affects the basic moral education,the neglect of school education influences on the critical period of moral education,the inadequate response of the government leads to slow process of moral education and the negative impact of social environment.The fifth part put forward the strategies to effectively deal with the problem of rural left-behind children's ideology and morality that directing against the analysis of causes in the fourth part.Therefore,this part also included four aspects,namely,determining the main responsibility of family guardianship in the process of moral education,strengthening the dominant role of the school in the process of moral education,giving full play to the role of the government's guarantee of moral education and building the good atmosphere of social care and protection.Finally,I designed the sixth part of the content as the conclusion,which is mainly the summary of the research and writing.It is true that the problem of left-behind children in rural areas can't be solved in one morning or evening,and so do their problem of ideology and morality,therefore,we should advance in an orderly way and step by step,guard against arrogance and rashness.At present,it is gratifying that the work of rural left-behind children in all regions has achieved remarkable results.However,it is a protracted war to ensure that the rural left-behind children can be installed properly and grow healthily,which has a long way to go with an important mission.Therefore,we need to work together and keep striving among family,school,government and all social circles,in order to struggle in company for the rural left-behind children to have a better tomorrow.
