Civil servants exercise state power on behalf of the state and the people.The working ability and attitude of the civil servants are directly related to the quality and efficiency of the work of government organs,as well as the governing and administrative abilities of governments at all levels.Job burnout will not only affect the physical and mental health of individual civil servants,but also affect the administrative efficiency of the government,and even have a negative impact on social stability and the development of the country.Civil servants of grass-roots tax authorities are in the front line of law enforcement and tax service,and there are varying degrees of job burnout in their daily work.At present,it is of great value and significance to study the causes and Countermeasures of civil servants'job burnout in grass-roots tax.Based on job matching theory,resource preservation theory and two-factor theory,this study deeply studies the causes and Countermeasures of job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in D City Tax Bureau.In the structure of the article,the first part is the introduction,which introduces the background,significance,content and methods of the research,and combs and summarizes the research status in related fields at home and abroad;the second part is the definition of the main concepts and theoretical basis,which defines and analyses the core concepts and related theories involved in this study,so as to provide the theoretical basis for the full text.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in D City Tax Bureau,introducing the current situation of grass-roots civil servants in D City Tax Bureau,and launching a survey of job burnout of grass-roots civil servants to explore the consequences of job burnout of civil servants.The results show that the job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in D City Tax Bureau is generally at a medium level,and the low sense of achievement dimension reaches a high level of burnout,while the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization dimension shows a moderate level of burnout.Judging from the situation of job burnout of all kinds of other people,the grass-roots civil servants of D City Tax Bureau are widespread and serious.The level of job burnout of female civil servants is higher than that of male civil servants.The degree of job burnout of higher education is higher than that of lower education,the degree of job burnout of lower rank is higher than that of higher position,the degree of job burnout of older age is higher than that of younger age,and the length of work is longer than that of working years.The limit is short.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in D City Tax Bureau.It analyses the causes of job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in D City Tax Bureau from four aspects:individual factors,work factors,organizational factors and social factors.The results show that the individual factors are due to high self-expectation,lack of career planning and inadequate self-adjustment ability;the work factors are due to heavy workload,lack of challenge and unclear responsibilities;the organizational factors are due to unreasonable promotion mechanism,disharmonious working atmosphere and inadequate organizational support;and the social factors are due to the public.Public expectations for civil servants are too high,social misunderstandings are deepened,and social support is insufficient.The fifth part is the experience and Enlightenment of domestic and foreign tax authorities in solving the job burnout of grass-roots civil servants,introducing the experience of domestic and foreign tax authorities in solving the job burnout of grass-roots civil servants,and summing up the enlightenment for solving the job burnout of grass-roots civil servants of D City Tax Bureau.The sixth part is the solution of job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in D City Tax Bureau.It puts forward suggestions to solve job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in D City Tax Bureau from four aspects:individual factors,work factors,organizational factors and social factors.It is suggested that reasonable career expectations should be established at the individual level,career planning should be carried out,and self-psychological adjustment should be strengthened;responsibilities and authority should be clarified at the work level,workload should be reduced,and work challenges should be enhanced;promotion mechanism should be improved at the organizational level,harmonious working atmosphere should be created,and organizational support should be enhanced;reasonable expectations should be established at the social level,social misunderstandings should be eliminated,and social support should be strengthened.Support.The last part is the conclusion and outlook,summarizing the full text,and discussing the research direction of the next part.
