With the rapid development of China's social economy, the stability of the work of civil servants and the prominent advantages of higher social status are attracting more and more people's attention and respect, which has become an important reason why many graduates are willing to choose the career of civil servants. However, behind this glorious career, job burnout, lack of innovation and other phenomena have begun to prevail in this glorious industry, and the voice of professional complaints can often be heard within civil servants. The CPC Central Committee has paid close attention to this phenomenon and issued the notice on reducing the burden on the grassroots level to solve the prominent problems of formalism, which clearly put forward that 2019 will be the year of reducing the burden on the grassroots level.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the CPC central committee has adhered to the principle of governing the party and governing the party strictly, and insisted that the party must vigorously promote the transformation of style and anti-corruption from the central government to the local government.Various regulations and prohibitions have been promulgated constantly, which not only beat tigers but also flies, thus putting forward higher requirements for civil servants. At the same time, affected by the urgent and dangerous tasks such as targeted poverty alleviation, illegal construction and demolition, petition and stability maintenance,as well as the characteristics of the grassroots work pressure, tight time, excessive overtime, heavy responsibility, etc.,the phenomenon of civil servants' inaction and lazy politics has become increasingly prominent. Many scholars have found that civil servants with slight or severe job burnout account for a large proportion of civil servants.Job burnout of civil servants is not only reflected in their behavior, but also in their attitude.Job burnout of civil servants is not only reflected in their behavior, but also in their attitude. In particular, the behavior and attitude of grassroots civil servants who deal with the common people every day have a direct impact on the impression of the people on the government and the credibility of thegovernment. In the construction of service-oriented government today, overcoming the job burnout of civil servants and enhancing the self-efficacy of grass-roots civil servants are conducive to improving the performance of civil servants, improving the service level of civil servants, establishing a good government image among the public and enhancing the credibility of the government. On the basis of summarizing the predecessors' literature, this study takes the grassroots civil servants in S County as an example, draws on the MBI-GS Burnout Scale, which measures the burnout in the world, and revises the self-efficacy of grassroots civil servants compiled by Wu Ting.Sense Survey Questionnaire, collecting data by questionnaire survey, through descriptive statistical analysis method,t test, analysis of variance, and Pearson correlation analysis, explored the status of burnout and self-efficacy of grassroots civil servants,as well as burnout and self Efficacy relationship.According to the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn:1.Job burnout of grassroots civil servants is negatively correlated with self-efficacy,and the correlation coefficient is-.531***,indicating that the higher the self-efficacy,the lower the degree of job burnout of grassroots civil servants. The overall dimensions of self-efficacy and physical quality are negatively correlated with the overall dimensions of job burnout. The overall dimensions of job burnout and its sense of achievement were negatively correlated with the overall dimensions of self-efficacy.Dehumanization dimension is negatively correlated with innovation efficacy and cognitive efficacy.Self-efficacy can effectively predict job burnout, and improving self-efficacy is an effective way to overcome job burnout. Therefore,we should enhance the sense of self-efficacy of grass-roots civil servants and reduce their job burnout from three aspects: individual, organization and society. From a personal level,we must correctly understand ourselves, formulate a reasonable personal career plan, improve our own quality, focus on improving interpersonal skills, establish correct concepts, improve party spirit, strengthen learning, and improve professional and mental health. From the organizational level,it is necessary to set up departments reasonably;use internal rotation and externalcommunication mechanisms to smoothly promote promotion channels;effectively reduce the workload of public servants;establish a long-term mechanism for psychological counseling;and establish a reasonable salary and welfare system. From the social level,we must create an external environment conducive to the growth of civil servants;improve the public image of civil servants. In terms of demographic variables, there are significant differences between male grassroots civil servants and female civil servants in the emotional exhaustion of job burnout. There are significant differences in the overall level of job burnout between grassroots civil servants with different job nature, emotional exhaustion dimension and dehumanization dimension. There are significant differences in interpersonal relationship efficacy between male and female civil servants. The dimensions of self-efficacy of grassroots civil servants under different job nature were significantly different. Therefore,to improve the self-efficacy of grassroots civil servants,to overcome the burnout must be targeted,to pay attention to different groups, take different management measures, thereby improving the efficiency of grassroots civil servants.
