The thematic education activity of Young Pioneer is an important way to carry out ideological and political education of the pioneers and it is also one of the most direct contacting micro environment.The young pioneers are growing up in this micro environment.So they are influenced by various elements of the thematic educational activities.The thematic education activities of the Young pioneers are the soil of these children.How to give the soil more adequate nutrition to better promote the growth of Young Pioneers is the purpose of this paper.By applying the method of "purposeful sampling",six typical young pioneers thematic education activities were selected.category analysis and scenario analysis were used to analyze and summarize the activities of the videos,texts and interviews.Finally,summary was drawn by using the theory of micro system of human ecology development combined with the methods have mentioned before.This research found that,there are three aspects that influence the individual growth in the thematic education activities of Young Pioneers:activity,relationship and role.From the perspective of activity,the content of the theme education activities of the young pioneers are abundant but the correlation between the sub-activities is poor.Moreover,the design of the activities is not reasonable,leading to the vacancy of a "master" role of those children.From the perspective of interpersonal relationship,the interaction frequency and emotional relationship between the young pioneer cadres and the counselors are higher than those of ordinary players.That is to say,the common and initiative relationship between the young pioneer cadres and the counselors has been established.Meanwhile,the interpersonal relationship between the ordinary young pioneers and the counselors is mostly in the low level of observational pairing.From the perspective of role,the role of the counselors is too strong,which is not conducive to inspire the initiative of the players in the activities.The young pioneer cadres gained rich experience,while the role of ordinary players in the event is more like invisible.The difference between the young pioneer cadres and the ordinary young pioneers makes the thematic education activities more like an elite education,which is not conducive to the growth of the majority of ordinary young pioneers.Therefore,the young pioneers should attach importance to the creation of micro environment for the growth of players.First of all,for the activity design,more opportunities should be created for young pioneers to take part in the activities.And we should set up the link of activities and focus on the relevance of each sub-link.Secondly,we should promote more young pioneers and counselors to establish deep interpersonal relationships.Finally,we should pay attention to the varied role experience of the majority of young pioneers.Only in this way,the soil helping the growth of young pioneers will be more fertile and the Young Pioneer can grow better.
