Research On Government Function In The Development Of Service Industry In Tai'an City

With the rapid development of the world economy and society,the traditional way of development has undergone a fundamental change,and service industry has become the pillar industry of most developed countries and regions.The proportion of the added value of the service sector to the gross national product(GDP)has become an important indicator of the degree of social modernization in a region.Because the service industry has high value-added,high efficiency,low energy consumption,low emission characteristics,the Chinese government has begun to pay more and more attention to promote the development of local service industry,and achieved good results.Tai'an City,as the representative of China's thirdtier cities,the economic base is weak,but rich in natural and cultural resources.The development of the service industry is the key point of its active promotion of economic restructuring,alleviating the bottleneck brought about by the shortage of energy resources,enhancing the city's competitiveness and comprehensive strength,and creating a beautiful livable city.Therefore,this article to Taian City as an example to study how the local government in the service industry development process to give full play to the function,to guide Tai'an City and the city similar,how to further play the government functions,accelerate the development of service industry is of great significance.On the basis of studying the relevant research at home and abroad,this paper expounds the concepts and theories of service industry and government function,and focuses on the function of government in industry development.Through the comparison of concrete data and graphs,this paper expounds the present situation of service industry development in Tai'an city,summarizes the problems in the development of service industry in Tai'an city,sums up the role and play of Tai'an city government in the service industry development And analyzes the shortcomings of Taian city government in the development of service industry from the perspective of government functions.Finally,by drawing lessons from the successful experience of the advanced city government at home and abroad to promote the development of the service industry and combining with the actual situation of Tai'an City,the author puts forward the scientific and feasible countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the development of the service industry and give full play to the government function.
