Study On The Itervention Of Group Work In Occupational Safety Consciousness Promotion Of Coal Industry

As one of the major coal producing areas in China,Shanxi has absorbed a large number of migrant workers in the coal industry.Due attention to shocking accident in recent years,China's coal industry to reduce the death rate contributed,but did not cause enough attention of the other occupation safety problem also makes our coal workers disease rate increased year by year.Behind the refraction in addition to lax management system,but also the need to enhance the sense of occupational safety awareness.According to the author's investigation,the lack of awareness of the potential occupational injury among the migrant workers in the coal industry,the self protection awareness and safety operation,emergency knowledge and other professional safety performance is particularly weak.This study tries to carry out research methods through social groups work,find the effective way to improve the coal industry migrant workers occupation safety awareness refreshing,protection of the coal industry safety and health of migrant workers.Through group work study found that the occupation safety awareness promotion support groups,has a unique advantage for the occupation safety knowledge and skills of migrant workers and refreshing,on the relationship between population and social support network to improve repair and repair also have a certain role.
