The Research On Community Home Endowment In Xinjiang ALAR

As the severe aging population of our country society,local governments are actively deal with crack pension problem,which requires the joint efforts of all departments in the whole society.Community home endowment has the characteristics of family endowment and institution endowment,it integrate social resources,relying on the community strength,to provide help-aged service for the aged living,in order to realize the old man in the home to spend their twilight years.Therefore,it is more and more appreciated,has become one of the endowment of government-led mode.In this paper,community endowment service at home in Xinjiang Alar was took as research object based on the research literature at home and abroad and the related theory.To investigate the situation and analyze the problems existing in community home endowment in Alar.To put forward the improvement suggestions reference to the mature experience at home and abroad.Specifically,the article main body part of the research content mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly,to investigate the present situation of community home endowment service in Xinjiang Alar.The questionnaire survey was be carried out in the eight urban community.The questionnaire content including six aspects from the old man's basic living conditions to pension problems cared by them.Through the statistic analysis of questionnaire,we found over 60 elderly population accounts for about 17.17%.Alar has entered an aging society.But the endowment resources are scarce,the traditional family endowment is the main model for the aged at present.Secondly,to analyze the problems existed in community home endowment service in Alar with survey data.There are several aspects as following.Lack of cognitive for community home endowment service.The production and construction corps investment as the main channels of Alar endowment enterprise,its endowment facilities cannot meet the requirements of community home-based care for the aged.,etc.Thirdly,it is concluded that the management enlightenment reference to community home endowment service experience at home and abroad.The successful practice of the United Kingdom,the United States and Sweden provide the macro development thought for community home endowment enterprise in Xinjiang Alar.The experience of Beijing,Shanghai and Qingdao provide specific reference for pension business in Xingjiang.Fourth,the paper puts forward policy suggestions for the existing problems of community home endowment service in Xinjiang Alar.In general,the community home endowment service has development potential.In the future,the endowment service supply can be in accordance with the development experience in domestic other community in Alar.By expanding the financing channels and the integration of social forces,the pension business gradually change to the community home endowment service model.When comprehensively upgrade in the infrastructure,service level,and service experience,the home endowment service will be industrialization in Alar.Thus,it inevitably promote the development of pension business in Xinjiang areas.
