Study On The Motivation Of Urban Community Participation In The Perspective Of Social Capital

Under the macroscopic background of global governance reform,realizing the modernization of state governance system and governance ability is the ultimate pursuit of international political and social movement.In the context of China's discourse context and system,according to the division of the state-society dual dimension in our country's national governance system,social governance is becoming more and more clear and critical for its functional orientation in the governance system.And grassroots social governance as an indispensable component of social governance system,is facing from the conflict to the integration of embedded structure of the transition.As a basic unit of society,the community is an important factor to promote the social harmony and stability to promote the innovation of the social management system at the grassroots level.The historical examination and practical consideration of the micro organizational characteristics are also the starting point of rationalizing the relationship between state and society.With the deepening reform of the political and economic policy in our country,the transformation of government functions from the gradual exploration of shape for the real form,the enterprise from the unit management,the establishment of a modern enterprise system,the original government and enterprises responsible for some of the social functions are sinking to the community.Community governance has become important theoretical and practical issues.As a regional community of people focusing on interpersonal communication and social relations,the key to the effectiveness of community governance is to fully release the kinetic energy of residents' participation and meet the expectations of community residents.Therefore,how to enhance the participation of urban residents in the community,has become the bottleneck of the current community governance bottlenecks.In view of this,this paper takes the urban residents' participation in the motive force as the research object,and extracts the important influencing factors-community social capital as the perspective,conbining the urban community social capital and community residents participation in a dynamic situation path and exploration.In the framework of theoretical analysis,this paper starts from the analysis of the source and composition of urban residents 'participation in power,and uses the analysis framework of social capital theory to clarify the similarity between social capital theory and urban residents' participation in power research.There are four key variables of Community Trust,Interaction,Norm and Relation Network in Urban Community Governance.Based on the data of literature combing,questionnaires and field research,this paper summarizes the general trend of social capital and the realistic characteristics of community participation in urban communities in China.On this basis,it analyzes the urban residents' four main problems and their causes in the dynamic dilemma,including the lack of trust in the urban community,which is the psychological basis of the residents' participation in the power generation.The negative experience of the interaction of the urban communities has caused the residents to participate in the loss of power.The dislocation of the urban community continuous and urban community relationship network sparse lack of residents to participate in the dynamic growth of space,and accordingly from the rehabilitation of residents to participate in the cognitive basis of the community,to optimize the emotional strength of residents to participate in community participation,enhance the sustainability of residents to participate in the community,and the development of community relations' network activating the residents to participate in the momentum of the four dimensions of growth,which try to find the path and recommendation of accumulating the social resources of urban communities in China to enhance the participation.
