Based on the field observation and interview of X community in Suzhou City,Jiangsu Province,and the questionnaire survey of more than 200 residents in X community,this paper analyzed and explored the influencing factors of community participation of urban commercial housing residents.Firstly,this paper describes the status of community participation subject,willingness,identity and behavior of urban commercial housing residents,and draws a conclusion that the willingness of community participation of urban commercial housing residents is strong,but there are still some problems,such as low degree of organization of community participation,insufficient depth and breadth of participation.Secondly,SPSS statistical analysis is carried out on the survey results to explore the correlation between community participation and the factor of demographic,community social capital,community sense of belonging,participation motivation.Finally,it is concluded that the main influencing factors are educational level,monthly income,occupation,community network capital,community sense of belonging,internal motivation of benefit acquisition and external supply of system:The lower the education level,the lower the monthly income,the more leisure time,the more active the residents'community participation;the larger the scope of community network capital,the more active the residents' community participation;the stronger the sense of community belonging,the more active the residents' community participation;the greater the potential benefits and actual benefits of community participation,the more active the residents'community participation.the insufficient supply of institutional environment for community participation limits the enthusiasm of residents' community participation.
