With the development and progress of society,the continuous improvement of medical level,the average life expectancy of people gradually extended,to some extent led to the aging of the population problem,pension problems become the world most of the social problems facing one of China is no exception.Hefei as China's central region,in the context of economic development by leaps and bounds,the same face a serious pension problem.How to use the theory of social work to support the development of social work in the elderly is one of the important subjects worthy of study under the condition that the social work development in Anhui province is not yet mature.Because of the bourgeois revolution in the western developed countries and the traditional humanitarian consciousness and religious ethics,it has laid the ideological foundation for a wide range of helpful action,and it is mature and mature in terms of our social work affairs.Therefore,on the issue of pension,the western countries gradually explored and summed up a set of effective solutions,in which the model of community care as a way to both the theoretical research and practical operation have a higher level and effect.This paper aims to learn from the western countries to use community care to solve the problem of pension theory,combined with their own reality,with a view to build a suitable for China's national conditions,to meet the actual needs of the elderly pension model.The article first commemorates the present situation of the elderly population in our country and the increasing background of the aging of the population and the background of the aging problem.On this basis,it draws the theoretical and practical significance of the pension problem,and reviews the domestic and foreign scholars through the literature review As well as the concept of community care,and to define the concept of community care,on this basis,elaborated in this study used in a variety of support theory.Secondly,it analyzes the applicability of the community care model from three aspects:the limitations of the current elderly care model,the advantages of the community care model and the feasibility of the community care model.It is the best way for the elderly to support the elderly in our country.Throughout the current pension model,the community for the supply of the main body of the pension and other forms of pension,and gradually reduce the role of the family in the pension.At the same time,because of the gradual development of social development in our country,the huge pension group makes the state financial overwhelmed,and the way of the old-age pension is unable to meet the needs of social development,resulting in the way of social pension.Therefore,the combination of "society" and "family" is a new way to solve the problem of old-age pension in China.In the case of the internship community,the elderly in the community as the object,the use of interviews and observation of the community to analyze the status of the elderly living,to find the old age group needs and feelings,and to sum up the city elderly People take care of the four major suppliers of the lack and problems.Finally,on the basis of the welfare and pluralism theory,this paper,on the basis of the administrative system,strengthens the community's own capacity building and socialization system,and introduces the market-oriented elements on the basis of drawing lessons from the western and Hong Kong community pension and policy benefits,To build a government,market,community,social organizations and other diverse entities to participate in the community to take care of pension model.Under the influence of this model,China's elderly community care work can be more effective,scientific,sustained and healthy development.
