A Study On Community Self Organization Participation In Urban Community Care For The Elderly

The current social organization through grassroots service advantage to participate in the provision of public services,the significant social benefits are confirmed,for the elderly community care,has important significance for the participation of social organizations.The main problems in the development of Chinese conununity social organization is the organization system is not smooth,not all,mechanism is not smooth,the role is not clear,the role of community social organizations to participate in community construction failed to give full play to the community self-organization member's role,reduced the community social organizations and the construction of community's role to promote the disorder the further development of community construction and social construction,is the key of this research.The main content of this paper is divided into three parts.The introduction part mainly discusses the background and significance of the topic,and at this stage in the academic circles of social organization to participate in community elderly care research achievements are introduced,the definition of important concepts required,in order to grasp the structure from macroscopic,microcosmic and detailed understanding of key points.The second part mainly introduces the case study of W city J community elderly self-organization cultivation project,from the J community self?organization background,sustainable development,incubator project achievements and problems of the whole process of community organizations to participate in community elderly community care,careful analysis of anarchy of the community elderly people the formation of self-organization in social work intervention,and observe the operation status of social work after the exit,focusing on analysis of self?organization in community elderly home care,community care in self organization ability and effect.According to the research and practice in the observation of the problem,put forward suggestions,in order to cultivate community masses "help people to help themselves" concept,for the follow-up of social work in the elderly community care to play a greater effectiveness.The fourth part is the summary of the full text and the outlook for the future,the summary of the above research,and points out the limitations of their own research,and prospects for the future development of the field...
