A Study On The Construction Of Mutual Support Network In The Empty Nest Elderly In Rural Areas

Since China entered the aging society,the elderly population has increased rapidly and the base of the trend of becoming larger,aging,disability and the empty nest became a significant symbol of China has entered the aging society,coupled with the miniaturization of the social environment and family structure on China's complicated trend,pension problems gradually and the cause of social concern.The study pointed out that with the development of society,in 2050,60 years of age accounted for more than 30% of the total population.More attention is paid to the elderly,the elderly population,the status quo of the elderly led to the failure of a variety of problems.On the one hand,the elderly due to lack of proper self-awareness,not willing to take the initiative to participate in social life,coupled with the lack of awareness of children to support their parents,go out for the pursuit of the cause of population,causing the elderly living unaccompanied and care,psychological cognition and social participation from social track.On the other hand,the elderly in rural areas lack of community resources and service facilities are not perfect,the degree of social concern is not enough,Empty Nester lack of social support,resulting in normal life can not meet the needs of the elderly,it is difficult to adapt to the life of the elderly.The pension mode in China began to social development,which is dominated by the family pension into social pension,so professional pension services to solve Empty Nester facing problems,increase the elderly mutual support is very necessary.This study adopts the method of empirical research,through the questionnaire survey,field observation and interviews to understand the status quo of rural life Empty Nester village of X,the system analysis of the main causes of the problems,and put forward the countermeasure in practice effectively,at the same time,the integration of social resources to the empty nest elderly,small group work methods in Empty Nester group and its problems.From the micro level of efforts to solve the elderly life stress,poor mental state,quality of life is low;starting from the professional level,and through sharing group interaction,helping the elderly gain experience,promote self cognition,improve interpersonal relationship,construct the social support network,and promote the healthy and happy life Empty Nester.This study from the actual situation in the rural areas of the rural community in manpower and material resources are limited,the service object is faced with high similarity groups,play group work in the link resources,experience sharing and mutual support and build a unique advantage,not only to provide professional services for Empty Nester,guide service object awareness of self and life right and help them adapt to the current life smoothly,but also can greatly improve the community interpersonal relationship,help the elderly get cultural identity and social support,and actively participate in community development,enhance self recognition with consciousness and a sense of community,enjoy the happiness of life.Through the group practice and activity assessment,proved that the positive role of group work in the construction of the rural Empty Nester long-term stable and sustainable mutual network,expand the practical experience of social work in rural old-age life Empty Nester.
