Study On Social Stability Risk Assessment Of Major Events From The Perspective Of Social Governance

At present,China is in a critical period of economic and social transformation.It can be said to be the golden period of development,but also can be said to be the period of the frequent occurrence of contradiction.In this social context,social stability is particularly important.This requires the party and the government that constantly enhance the ability to maintain social stability and resolve social risks in the institutional innovation of social governance.Obviously,the major issues of social stability risk assessment is not only an important measure of social governance innovation,but also is an important strategy of maintaining the social stability.Its existence has become a necessary means to promote the major issues of scientific and democratic decision-making in China.Social governance is a foothold to improve the work of China's social stability risk assessment.The social stability risk assessment of innovation achievement's social governance play a fundamental role in speeding up the construction of service-oriented government,improving the level of democratic management,preventing and resisting the crisis in modern society.From the perspective of social governance,this paper combines with the relevant theory of social risk,cooperative governance and social burning theory,and is based on the current development of major issues of social stability risk assessment in China at present,and analysis evaluation subject,evaluation content,evaluation process,evaluation index,evaluation method and other aspects of the problem.At the same time,the paper explores causes from the ideological understanding,assessment system,personnel training,performance evaluation and other aspects,and learns lessons from the introduction of Japanese policy evaluation system,the EU food risk assessment system and risk assessment system of the city of London.The paper believes that the current major issues of social stability risk assessment in our country should be improved from the aspects of diversification of assessment subject,clear content of evaluation,standardization of evaluation procedure and improvement of evaluation index and construction of evaluation system.Thus,China can reduce the cost of social governance through major social stability risk assessment,in order to better contribute to maintaining a stable social order and building a harmonious social environment.
