In the era of knowledge economy,human resources has become the first resource of social long-term sustainable development and progress.Public sector human resources as part of the national human resources,in addition to the general characteristics of human resources,but also has a special political and quality characteristics.Civil servants should have relevant policy knowledge and performance,so as to meet the job or job requirements standards.On the basis of previous research results,this paper summarizes the present situation and existing problems of civil servant training in combination with the actual situation of a government department.Through the research methods of literature research,behavioral event interview and questionnaires,four kinds of posts are put forward from the perspective of competency The competency model of the personnel and the competency model are tested,and the gap between the actual ability and the competency of the civil servants is analyzed and summarized.On the basis of discussing the problems existing in the training of civil servants and the analysis of the competency gap,To enhance civil service training strategies,including training content,training methods,training programs,effectiveness assessments and results.Through the research of this paper,the post competency of a government department personnel is promoted to promote the development of units and individuals so as to adapt to the new situation,new tasks and new requirements.It provides constructive opinions for the cultivation and development of civil servants' ability in government departments,and has certain reference value.
