Climate change is related to the survival and development of human beings,actively respond to climate change,which is closely related to the overall economic and social development of the world and the vital interests of mankind itself.In this context,due to the different position of different countries and the difference of interest demands,the establishment of climate justice has become the first problem to be solved.Climate justice is the proper choice and coordination of multiple value conflicts in the field of climate change law,research on climate justice,help to promote the coordination of the internal value of climate change law,also help to unite the international community to reach a consensus,to promote international cooperation on climate change.The <Paris agreement> reached in 2015 is a legally binding international agreement applicable to all parties,to promote the transformation of global climate governance system,it not only injected power into the global green transformation,but also reflects the balance of interests of all countries in the world,it's the process of global climate governance.The <Paris agreement> adopts the "bottom-up" approach to global climate governance,the principle of "common but differentiated responsibilities" has a dynamic development,also let the legal form diversity and flexibility.The most concentrated expression of the international treaty on climate justice and climate change is the principle of "common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities".China has made a historic contribution to the negotiation process of the Paris agreement,under the new situation of global climate governance,we take advantage of opportunities and advantages.As president Xi Jinping stressed that" the < Paris agreement > is not the end,but a new start,China should actively respond to climate change,to achieve a new starting point for green low-carbon development,and further promote domestic legislation,continuously improve the ability of climate governance,and actively carry out foreign cooperation to show the spirit of a responsible big country.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part is overview of climate justice,including the specific meaning of climate justice and the classification of climate justice according to different standards;the second part is focuses on the implementation of the < Paris agreement > on climate justice,including the main content and the implementation of the national emission reduction model based on the commitment of "bottom-up”.At the same time from the point of view of the history of the development of climate justice principle and the specific application of international issues,this paper analyzes the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities;the third part analyzes the realization path of the global climate justice,the concrete embodiment of the distributive justice and corrective justice in the <Paris agreement> and the realistic possibility of the developed countries to realize the corrective justice;The fourth part mainly discusses the influence of climate justice in Paris agreement,including the revision of relevant laws and regulations in China,China's position in dealing with climate change and the positive role of China in global climate governance.
