The international community,on the basis of the Paris Agreement, continues to advance the international governance process for climate change. The global governance of future climate change will continue to revolve around the application of "Common but differentiated responsibilities".Common but differentiated responsibilities require that each country must assume responsibility for global environmental protection, but assume a different responsibility for the size of each country's capacity, and the developed countries bear the primary responsibility for environmental degradation. There are many defects in the common but differentiated responsibility system, differentiated responsibilities not specifically defined criteria,Different national circumstances and respective capabilities are no exact definition of standards,The provisions of the obligation are ambiguous.lack of sound common but differentiated responsibilities security system, dispute settlement mechanisms under international climate treaty does not exclude the application of traditional dispute resolution mechanisms, lack of default to punish measures,The development of technical assistance has been stagnant, developed countries argue with developing countries how common but differentiated responsibilities apply. This consequence allows the academic community to question the justice and fairness of common but differentiated responsibilities.Climate justice is concerned with the issue of justice in the field of climate change,as a complex in the sense of value in the field of climate,The use of climate justice values and the basic principles of revision of the common but differentiated responsibilities,The establishment of scientific upgrading and deepening programs, the equal distribution of human rights programs and the distribution of emerging economies, establish a sound compliance mechanism. After the Paris agreement, set a variety of responsibility,Subdivision responsibility standards,Continue to adhere to unilateral and bilateral climate negotiations.
