The Research On The Community Pension Services Participation's Mode And Effect Analysison

Since the mid-1980 s,the social management system has undergone tremendous changes.Along with the change of government functions,the policy of large-scale services for community pension services has begun to change.The government has limited capacity for community pension services,the gradual diversification of the needs of community pension services,the growing demand and the provision of government community pension services between the problems,the need for social organizations to serve the role of service providers to participate in community pension services,The role of social organization.Based on the literature research and policy combing,this paper starts from the case study and combines the development status of the community service of the D street community in Beijing,and takes the social organization F center as the breakthrough point,takes the social organization to participate in the community pension service mode and the effect as the research angle This paper discusses the necessity of social organization's participation in community service,and takes the social organization F center as the case study object,investigates the operation mode and effect of participating in the community pension service,deeply analyzes and discusses the problems and difficulties faced by the social organization in the community pension service,And then put forward to optimize the social organization to participate in the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the participation of social organizations and the level of participation.The conclusion of this study is that the social organization F center participates in the D-street community home care service to play the advantages of the three associations,to achieve a high degree of integration of social pension resources,and enhance the sense of participation,sense of belonging and access to the elderly Diversified,socialized pension service needs.In view of the dilemma of social organizations in community service,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to increase the support of social organizations,establish supervision mechanism,strengthen the allocation and cultivation of talents,improve the professional and technical ability and service level of staff.
