The Research On The Community Services Participation Of Social Organization

For a long time, the main content of construction and management community is service. In recent years, the social organizations began to take their own superiority participate in community service and gradually play an more important role. Changchun Home Service Network Center as a non-profit social organization authorized by Kuancheng government to participate in community service, through integrated the social resources to contribute an increasingly perfect community service system and its social organization welfare recognition by most of people. This paper base on Changchun home service network center, reviewing the related literature and concepts, by empirical way to base on Changchun domestic service network center of as an example to analyze social organizations to participate in community service. Points out that social organizations lack of the ability to mobilize resources, it is necessary to reform the legal system, capital relative shortage, lack of credibility, conflict in service and cognitive level, the shortage of professional talents, supervision and evaluation mechanism is not found, etc. to participate in community service. On the basis of this, put forward some countermeasures to promote the social organizations participate in community such as institutional environment, mobilize multivariate parts, establish an effective benign interaction and reasonable resources integration and so on.
