Study On The Participation Of Social Organizations In Community Service

Based on the rapid development of economy and the further transformation of society,the phenomenon of population aging is becoming more and more obvious in our country.The problem of providing for the aged is not only a social concern,but also an unavoidable problem for families.It is urgent to solve the problem of providing for the aged.As a new pension model,community pension has developed after family and institution pension.On the one hand,it can satisfy the needs of the elderly at home,on the other hand,it can further reduce the financial burden of the government,which gradually plays an important role in the pension service system.In the construction of a perfect community pension service system,social organizations are increasingly welcomed by the government and the community residents because of their specialty,autonomy,public welfare and other characteristics.Therefore,one of the issues that the government and society are increasingly concerned about is how to make the social organizations play the greatest advantage in participating in community pension services.This paper mainly studies and elaborates the theory of principal-agent and welfare pluralism,and takes Qing'an District as an analysis case,combines questionnaires and interviews to analyze the participation of social organizations in community pension services.To search the relevant literature,research on the current situation of social organizations participating in community pension service at home and abroad,and this paper summarizes the necessity and practical significance of social organizations' participation in community pension service.Based on the collection of field data,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the mode of Qing'an community social organizations participating in community pension,explores and studies the cooperation mode between social organizations and government,and puts forward two new cooperation modes,that is,government purchase and social organizations participating in community pension.Government purchases can be divided into two modes: co-marketing and partnership.In addition,the operation system of community organizations participating in community pension service is studied,and some experiences and lessons are summarized to improve the mechanism social organizations participating in community pension services.Conclusion:social organizations participate in community end endowments can not only meet the needs of the elderly at home,but also alleviate the aging of the population,reduce the financial expenditure of relevant departments,rationalize the allocation of donation resources,and improve the service quality of relevant departments endowment services.For the government,it is necessary to use various policies and measures ensure social organizations can participate in community pension.At the same time,in order to promote the further development of social organizations,it is necessary to introduce professional social organizations into it.In the aspect of social organization,some professional training will be provided to employees to ensure the quality of service,promote the further self-improvement of social organizations,and then provide professional and comprehensive pension services to the elderly in the community.
