Research On The Innovation Of The Management System Of Grass-roots Traffic Wardens

Nowadays,traffic wardens(which are also known as assitant contollers,auxiliaries or civilians for Traffic Police)have become indispensable forces for current public security and traffic management.Although they do not have the official identity of Traffic Police,they are playing notable roles in social service and tranffic management due to their close relationship with Traffic Police.With the increasing level of standardization in Traffic Police authorities,traffic wardens also need toimprove their management capacities.Therefore,it is becoming more serious to build a scientific,standardized team of traffic wardens,which will encourage all traffic auxiliaries to play conducive role in assisting traffic management.Based on current situation,discussions about innovative measures for traffic wardens control,which can help to ensure the whole management system domeocratic,scientific and normative,are critical.However,because of the lack of scientific and effective management mechanism of traffic wardens,there exist some problems among traffic wardens,which result in disadvantageous impacts on the overall Police Force's image and capacity.Based on the above analysis,this thesistook traffic wardens management system innovation as the topic,and researched the background and significance for building traffic wardens team through literature analysis,case studies,questionnaires and in-depth interviews.By analyzing common problems in traffic wardens management at the primary level,the thesis came up with innovative advices of traffic wardens management mechanism forBrigade X in Tianjin Transportation Authority.According to the study,the thesis found that the basic-level approach research is only a primary exploration for traffic wardens management system,but it could contribute to the final improvement of management practices.
