Study On The Legal Countermeasures Of Environmental Group Events

In recent years,China's economy has been further developed and accelerated,and the social structure has undergone tremendous changes,from the traditional society to modern society.However,the rapid economic development,to a considerable extent,at the expense of the environment,the prosperity of industry and Commerce has brought many environmental problems,and intensified.The current environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.Our country has entered the risk society,environmental group events increased year by year,the problems caused by environmental pollution has seriously affected the sustainable development of the society,has become an important factor in the destruction of social harmony and stability.One of the major issues that a government needs urgently to understand and solve immediately is mass incidents caused by environmental problems.Now that we have reached the point where we can not ignore it,we must take immediate action to resolve it effectively and trace it to the root.On this basis,the author will be described in detail based on the causes of the problem of environmental group events,as well as the legislation,law enforcement and judicial aspects of the countermeasures,in order to solve the environmental group events for the government to provide some personal opinions,offer an own strength.In the first part of the article,through the introduction of the core concept of this article,the establishment of environmental mass incidents is the focus of this study.First of all,define the concept of environmental mass incidents,and analyze its characteristics and impact.It is of great significance to put forward new proposals for the discussion on the prevention and regulation of environmental mass incidents and the analysis of the existing management system in China.The second part puts forward the related legal problems caused by environmental group events,respectively,from the legislative point of view,the implementation of the legal perspective,in order to cause legal analysis of environmental group events,to think about how to solve the problem.The third part is the analysis based on the above,the main legal issues in environmental group events of environmental group events prevention and regulation put forward some related legal countermeasures,including legislation,law enforcement and other aspects,its segmentation and description.
