Evaluation And Research Of The Development Level Of Inner Mongolia's Rural Well-Off Society

The sixteen report of the party in 2002 first proposed the overall strategic goal to build a well-off society,the eighteen party in the 2012 report made clear that in 2020 China to the grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society,and put forward to encourage those who have the ability and can realize the goal of a comprehensive well-off society.With the rapid development of the construction of a well off society,the gap between urban and rural well-off society is becoming more and more serious,so the level of well-off society in rural areas has been paid more and more attention.Inner Mongolia is located in the northern border area of China,and the construction of well-off society in rural areas is directly related to the overall level of building a well-off society in China.For nearly ten years,the economic development of Inner Mongolia ranked the forefront of the country,and at the time of economic development,how to develop rural areas,will become the short board of building a well-off society in the region,this paper is the empirical analysis based on this question.Through the study and summary of the development on rural well-off level combing construction of Inner Mongolia rural well-off development level evaluation system combined with the actual situation of Inner Mongolia,including economic development,quality of life,social development and resource environment in four dimensions,and according to the criteria given by the state of a well-off society,combined with some existing results the standard.by adjusting the develop well-off society evaluation standard accords with the actual situation of Inner Mongolia,and compare the standard according to the actual development of the well-off society and rural areas,the level of development,comparison and analysis.In addition,this paper also uses principal component analysis to measure the development level of rural well-off society in twelve leagues in Inner Mongolia Based on the comparative analysis of the well-off society in twelve rural areas of the league,the cluster analysis was carried out to find out the typical model of the development of the well-off society of the two.The results showed that 2011-2015 overall well-off society in Inner Mongolia rural areas showed a stable development trend,economy and resource environment and well-off level there is still a large gap between the rural and the quality of life and social development and the well-off level gap is relatively small.In addition,the analysis on the development level of rural areas based on the twelve Union City,find two rural well-off development mode,namely the "Wuhai model" and "Bayannaoer model",has great reference value for the construction of rural well-off society in other cities.
