Research On The Construction Of Rural Party Organizations Under The Background Of Population Mobility

With the development of the social market economy,the process of national econo mic integrity speeding up,the barriers between Urban and rural gradually been broken,more and more rural population flows to cities,and no matter the rate of flow and the proportion has grow up quickly.Under these circumstances,there is no doubt that the outflow of large numbers of people will lead to a series of problems for the countryside,and will trigger the domino effect.Based on this background,this paper focuses on the impact of population mobility on the construction of rural grassroots party organizations.With the further progress of urbanization,a large number of rural labor force transfer to the city.large-scale of young labor force in rural areas are flowing to urban areas and the hollowing out of rural areas become more common.This phenomenon will make the development of the rural economy become slowly,lack of resources or some resources cannot be fully utilized,and aging population and so on.Some people who come form the countryside contact with the modern industrial civilization and urban civilization,their mind and eyes have been open,and they have more advantage to acquire advanced knowledge and technology.On the one hand,it attract more people to move into the city to get better resources,resulting the imbalance of various resources,one the other hand some advanced technology come into the countryside,and some people come back home to start their own business who earn a lot of money and become rich.It will push the development of economy,and give advantage to the development.So it is very complex to say this condition is good or not good.If the quality of the party organizations in rural areas on standard,if the grass roots Party organizations in rural areas can give full play to the role,will directly related to whether the party’s ruling position is stable and the issues concerning agriculture could be adequately solved.So as to promote socialist modernization and raise the level of welloff society.It is of far-reaching significance to the prosperity,democracy,civilization and harmony of the society.Conducive to the construction and perfection of Marx’s theory in China,it has important strategic significance and epochal significance for the construction of the inner party theory construction and the economic construction of our country.So we study the influence of rural villagers’ mobility on the construction of grass roots Party organizations in rural areas deeply under the background of socialist modernization,will help us to deal with the challenges theoretically,have some new cognition of frontier theoretical problems of the Rural grass-roots party organization construction,under current situation and background.We surveyed the countryside,and analyzes the influence of the rural population flow on the party organizations at the grass-roots level according to the actual situation of the investigation,and do some special study for the relevant situation.So we can achieve the combination of theory and Practice,to help the Rural grass-roots party organizations to deal with the problems on Present in theory.In this paper,i reference the senior`s literature,and collate some survey data as the support to do some discuss for the Rural grassroots party organizations under the environment of population migration: firstly this paper reviews the theoretical basis and history of the construction of grass roots Party organizations in rural areas,secondly,it expounds the influence brought by the construction of grass-roots party organizations in rural areas,analyzes the influence of the villagers on the understanding of the Communist Party of China,the reserve power of grass-roots party organizations,the management and education of mobile party members and the basic public service system,at last it provides some ideas for the construction of grass roots Party organizations in rural areas,put forward some suggestions for how to raise the level of rural economy and service ability,how to strengthen the ideological construction of rural grass-roots party organizations more further,how to strengthen the management of mobile party members and promote the construction of rural social management system.I hope that my work can provide reference for the theoretical construction of grass roots Party organizations in rural areas.
