Research On The Information Construction Of The Party School From The Perspective Of Public Service

At present,the modern information technology as the core of computer has been widely applied in various fields,to all walks of life have brought hitherto unknown opportunities and challenges,the party cannot disregard.In the face of global informationization,the party as Party members and cadres training the "main channel" and "main position",shouldering the task of training leading cadres at all levels of the party,Party school informationization construction is to realize the modernization of the Party school education,an important means to improve the teaching level,scientific research level,service level and management level,is the Party school to adapt to the information society the development trend of the important conditions to enhance the ability of running the party,Party cadres is the inevitable requirement of the development of education.After more than ten years of information technology,the informatization work of Party schools at all levels has achieved fruitful results.But there are still some problems to be solved.For example:information technology staff service consciousness,information departments in the process of information construction and business departments of the lack of effective communication,teaching and management information service information service system is not ideal,the lack of constraints,the information service provided by the lack of targeted information island phenomenon is serious,the information personnel construction needs to be strengthened and so on.To solve these problems,this paper tries to study the information construction of the Party school from the perspective of public service.First of all,it clarifies the concept of public goods and public services,analyzes the applicability of the theory of public service and the information construction of Party school.Secondly,taking the information construction of the Party School of G as a case,this paper analyzes the problems faced by the Party School of G in the process of information construction from the perspective of public service,and analyzes the deep-seated reasons of the problems.Finally,from the point of view of public service,the author puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems.
