Research On Efficiency Of Mongolian Government Policy On Poverty Reduction

Regardless of geographical location,national governance systems,national history,culture,economic development,and population growth,poverty is one of the most serious things that countries around the world have faced to a certain extent.As far as we know,the most basic needs of human beings in life are eating,dressing and lodging,and half of the current global population is unable to meet these needs as poor people.Since the huge institutional change in the Mongolian social system in 1990,the Mongolian government has benefited from international banks,financial institutions,donations to the state,and established a stable economic dimension based on the private sector.So that the government can plan the direction of economic development,determine the overall goals and long-term strategy,including the development of social welfare policies for poverty.At present,the Mongolian government has been in existence for the eradication of poverty,the reduction of poverty and the introduction of policies for 20 years,but the effect is still not optimistic,the poverty rate is still high,the causes of poverty still exist.Because poverty is an unavoidable problem of mankind,finding out the inadequacies of policy implementation,finding the appropriate path to reducing poverty,drawing on other countries from the same situation is the key issue of our exploration.Poverty itself intervenes in many aspects,a wide range of social phenomena,so this article only take social welfare policy research social welfare policy and poverty alleviation policy related to the implementation,after all,in order to provide residents with basic living needs,improve living standards to develop social welfare programs,programs are And poverty alleviation policy with the implementation of.Through this study,I have compiled the policies and plans adopted by the Mongolian government to analyze the poverty and poverty of Mongolia,the causes,the causes and the analysis of the implementation of the policy,analyze the results of the social welfare policies implemented in the past 20 years,and put forward the policy The importance of the importance of poverty alleviation policy and social welfare related to the hope that this article to fill the poverty reduction and social welfare policy research space,become a certain value reference works.This article has five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,in this I elaborate the research background,the purpose,according to the related research present situation selects the research method,the clear research content.Core concepts and theories,which describe the definition of poverty and related concepts.In the third chapter,I summarize the current situation of poverty in Mongolia and the present situation of social welfare and analyze the existing problems.For the fourth chapter,summed up the poverty alleviation policy and social welfare policy related to the failure,from the social welfare and poverty alleviation policy to the point of view of the reasons for the analysis,under the comprehensive conclusion.In Chapter 5,it is mentioned that the implementation of national 'poverty alleviation policies is similar to that of Mongolia,but within a short period of time.It also puts forward suggestions on how to improve the effectiveness of poverty policy and how to allocate social welfare to poor and vulnerable groups.
