Service Willingness Of Urban Community Voluntrrrs And Its Influencing Factors

With the development of urban socialization,volunteers in urban communities have become an important force of volunteer service and are considered to be more normal volunteer service system than other volunteers.China had the first community volunteer service organization in 1989,and the research on community volunteer service was started late.So far,although the scale of community volunteer service has been relatively large and there have been more than 289,000 community volunteer organizations in the country,it's still limited for community volunteer service to promote the development of communities and even the society.And there are some problems.For instance,the number of volunteers is large but the number of volunteers who participate in services is small,there are many volunteer service activities but they are not in line with the actual situation and are superficial.How to enhance the service willingness of the masses and improve the quality of volunteer service has become a breakthrough of the development bottleneck of urban community volunteer service.This paper takes Nanhu street in Nanhu district of Jiaxing city as the research object,and uses literature research method,quantitative analysis method and qualitative analysis method to analyze the service willingness and influencing factors of urban community volunteer service at this stage.Besides,the paper finds out the main factors that influence service willingness of urban community volunteers,and proposes targeted suggestions.The purpose is to find methods of improving service willingness and service quality,so as to provide references for the new decision-making and guidance of the government.Through the research,the author draws the following main conclusions:firstly,the service willingness of urban community volunteers is generally high,the volunteers should be good at guiding and further improve the enthusiasm of participation;secondly,the expectation of volunteers to community volunteer organizations is high,and community volunteer activities can be more actual,more efficient and more normal;thirdly,the street should give the communities more support,play the role of convergence,coordination and leadership,transform the current top-down volunteer service model into mutual model to make it closer to the needs of communities and volunteers,so as to further stimulate service willingness and enhance the quality of community volunteer service.
