Analysis Of The Willingness Of The Public To Participate In Volunteer Service And Its Influencing Factors

Volunteer service is an important part of spiritual civilization construction and plays an important role in building a harmonious society.Exploring the willingness of the public to participate in volunteer service,analyzing the factors affecting the public's willingness to participate in volunteer service,plays an important role in the long-term stable development of volunteer service.Based on the existing theoretical research,this study comprehensively uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview research method and empirical research method to systematically sort out the existing theories,with civil society theory and Herzberg double.Based on factor theory,the overall status of social public participation in volunteer service in Changxing County was examined.The main manifestation was that the public's willingness to participate was higher,and the understanding of volunteer service was mostly supported and endorsed.At the same time,this study also found out the problems in the process of public participation in volunteer service,including the participation behavior is interfered by administrative forces,the participation is not sustainable,the form of motivating the public to participate in volunteer service is single,and the incentive will not be strong.Through investigation and research,we find that: The overall willingness of the public to participate in volunteer service is higher.The personal characteristics of the public have a significant influence on thewillingness to participate in volunteer service.Characteristics have a significant impact on the willingness to participate in volunteer services.Different incentives have different degrees of influence on the willingness to participate in volunteering.Through systematic analysis,we conclude that: Academic qualifications and income in personal characteristics have an increasing effect on the public's willingness to participate in volunteer service.Participation initiative,and participation times in behavioral characteristics positively affect society.The public's willingness to participate in volunteer service.Developmental incentives,supportive incentives,and spiritual incentives in the incentive approach have a significant boost to the public's willingness to participate in volunteering.Based on the analysis results,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to further enhance the public's willingness to participate in volunteer service.First of all,we should strengthen the government's macro guidance and ensure the smooth development of volunteer service activities.Changxing County volunteer service can be combined with the“Volunteer City” construction strategy.Secondly,increase publicity,stimulate the public to participate in volunteer service initiative,and promote volunteerism.Regularization of service activities;once again,strengthen talent management,establish a communication platform for volunteers and voluntary organizations,and make volunteers more convenient to participate in volunteer services;finally,in terms of incentives,fully understand the motivation of the public to participate in volunteer services,and develop Multi-level and multi-form incentives,and strive to increase the enthusiasm of the public to participate in volunteer service.
