Research On The Influence Of Satisfaction Degree Of Urban Community Public Service On Residents’ Willingness To Participate In Community

Community is the basic unit of social governance,the stand or fall of community governance level of social stability and development played a crucial role.The premise of realizing good community governance is to realize the benign interaction between government governance and residents’ autonomy,and the key to realizing this benign interaction is that residents participate in community public affairs and activities extensively and deeply.However,at present,Chinese residents’ community participation is generally manifested as a weak sense of participation,and the degree of participation is neither extensive nor deep.According to social cognition theory,human behavior is jointly determined by environmental factors,individual factors and behavior patterns.Therefore,can providing high-quality and efficient public services for community residents enhance residents’ willingness to participate in the community to some extent? Can the sense of community belonging and the sense of community political efficacy play a certain role in promoting it? Based on the above issues,this study based on social cognitive theory and maslow’s hierarchy of needs,from the perspective of public management,analysis of urban community residents of community participation in public service satisfaction will influence and function mechanism.In order to generally understand residents’ cognition and self-perception of community public service satisfaction,community belonging,community political efficacy,community willingness to participate,this study conducted a structured interview with 20 residents in Chengdu,and preliminarily analyzed the possible related influences and effects among variables.At the same time,the actual situation of residents’ community participation and the restrictive factors were also deeply understood.Relevant data are collected and sorted,which lays a foundation for the follow-up research.Then,according to the interview results,this study draws on existing maturity scale,by means of random sampling is based on a questionnaire survey of the different community residents in chengdu,324 effective questionnaires were taken back in the end.Through the analysis of the collected data,the following main conclusions are drawn :(1)Community public service satisfaction positively affects residents’ willingness to participate in the community;(2)The sense of community belonging and community political efficacy played a partial mediating role in the above influencing process;(3)The combination of community belonging and community political efficacy played a chain mediating role in the above influencing process.The results show that community public service satisfaction,community belonging,community political efficacy and community participation intention are a cognitive and behavioral tendency relationship model.Community public service satisfaction,as residents’ subjective feelings towards the community environment,affects residents’ emotional affiliation to the community and political efficacy to participate in community cooperation,and then affects residents’ attitude to participate in public affairs and activities.According to the research results,this paper puts forward the following three countermeasures and suggestions.First,through the innovation of community public service supply system,improve the demand expression and management mechanism of residents,establish a multi-participation community public service performance evaluation mechanism,and build a community public service supply system oriented by residents’ satisfaction.Second,through the construction of community culture,foster community social capital,enhance community centripetal force and cohesion,enhance the sense of belonging and community residents community political self-efficacy;Third,improve the information transmission mechanism between residents and communities,reduce the cost of community participation,improve the experience and ability of community participation,and enhance the willingness of community participation.
