Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Cadres' Archives Management In Lanzhou In New Era

Cadres archives reflect the personal characteristic and growth process of cadres and they are important evidence for personnel department to select and check cadres.The work of cadres' archives is the foundation of personnel work and also the component branch of archive work.It guides the decision-making of cadre work and accumulates historical materials for archive career.It has political nature,professional nature and strong service nature.To a certain extent,Whether the cadres archives are managed well or not decides the work efficiency of cadre work.In the new period,with the development and reform of personnel system in our country,the cadres archives work also gets corresponding development.At the same time of development,it still remains some old problems and faces some new problems.So this paper researches on the local cadres archives work in the new period by taking Lanzhou as an example,in order to increase theoretical researches about the cadres archives work how to step to scientification,standardization and modernization.It's also expected to bring some enlightenment for staffs of personnel department and other practical officers and play certain practical role in promoting harmony development of the archive career.The content of this paper contains six parts: the first part mainly illustrates the research background,purpose,meaning,and introduces the research ideas and the research methods used in this paper.The second part defines relevant concepts,introduces the theoretical basis used in this paper,which is the theories of new public management and collaborative management,and describes the inspiration the theories could bring for cadre archive work.The third part raises the requirements on the cadre archive management system of Lanzhou in this new era,makes a systematic discussion on the tasks and methods used in various links of material collection,file sorting,transmitting and the usage in the cadre archive management work of Lanzhou,and sorts out the important points for the special audit work of the archives.The fourth part analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the cadre archive management work of Lanzhou,mainly from the aspects of ideological understanding,file standardization and information construction.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the cadre archive management work by thinking on the cadre archive management work of Lanzhou.
