| The construction of the archives legal system has historical inheritance and development continuity.Bringing archives work into the track of legalization is the only way for the long-term sustainable development of archives.Our country's archives legal system has a long history.After the founding of New China,an archives legal system centered on the "Archives Law of the People's Republic of China" has been gradually formed,which provides a foundation and guarantee for all aspects of archives management.This article mainly takes the static archives legal system as the research object,and conducts a more in-depth discussion on the construction of my country's contemporary archives legal system from the following three aspects.First of all,it sorts out the evolution of my country's contemporary archival legal system construction and divides it into three stages: during the initial construction period,archival legislation is mainly focused on the formulation of documents and archives management regulations;during the period of destruction and gradual restoration,archival legal system construction Work has gone through a process from stagnation to returning to the right track,and the content of archives laws and regulations has been further enriched;during the all-round development of the construction of archives legal system,our country has built a relatively complete archives legal system.Secondly,it summarizes the deficiencies in the system structure,system design and content standardization of the archives legal system,and analyzes the reasons from the perspective of archives management system and archives legislation.Finally,it comprehensively expounds the opportunities faced by the archival legal system construction under the new social environment,and then proposes a specific path to improve the archival legal system construction,so as to grasp the connotation of the era and the future development direction of the archival legal system construction. |
