| The information construction of the cadre archives in our country is in the initial stage, and the cadre archives digitization processing is the basis of information construction. This article 1 studied the incentive management for the project staff in the digital processing of the cadre archives, and established a set of scientific and reasonable incentive management system.In this thesis, the ERG (Existence, Relatedness, and Growth) demand theory was applied to the research on the incentive of the enterprises and the personnel who are engaged in the digital archives. Through data collection, data analysis, face to face interviews and other methods to obtain the information of enterprise incentive management and through the questionnaire survey method to obtain different levels of information needed by the research objects, these two kinds of information were combined to study the current incentive management mechanism of enterprises. The suggestions on improving the mechanism of assessment, salary, promotion, and training were given; The new model of "internal contracting" for project implementation was creatively put forwarded, and finally a set of incentive system for digital work of cadre archives was set up. Per capita daily output was a key performance indicator, and KPI (key performance indicators) assessment mechanism was established in this system. Based on this, sound mechanisms of remuneration, promotion, and training were established, and a project internal contract implementation model was created. It provides a platform for outstanding employees to achieve their life dream. Through the establishment of scientific and reasonable motivated mechanism for digital employees, it will help to accelerate the speed of the digitization of cadre archives in our country. |
