Research On Construction Of Cadre Archives Informatization Management Mode

Under the background of informatization and fast-developing social civilization,with the deepening of Personnel System Reform and the improvement of Cadre Management standards,the traditional model of Cadre Archives Management can't meet the needs of organization work,the information technology must be applied to Cadre Archives Management.However,the construction and management of Cadre Archives Informatization in China is still in the early stage.There is no uniform technical standard,no sound Management System,and low Sharing ability.Based on the theory of Public Administration and Information Management,this article analyzed the Mechanism,process and utility of informatization management mode,combined theoretical research and field investigation of Dalian,points out the actuality and problem of Cadre Archives Informatization Management in China,and propose countermeasures aimed at construction of Cadre Archives Informatization Management mode,providing scientific development of Cadre Archives Management with research ideas.There are five chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the selected topic,as well as the current research situations both at home and abroad.The second chapter is theoretical analysis.According to the theory of Human Capital Management and Information Management,analysis the effect of informatization mode on national cadre resources and Cadre archives management.The third chapter is mechanism analysis,points the core content,construction process and effectiveness of information management mode.The fourth chapter deals with the current analysis of Cadre Archives Informatization Management in our country.Combined with the field survey in Dalian,analyzes the difficulties in the process of Cadre Archives Informatization Management,and thus summarizes the factors that limit its development.The fifth chapter puts forward countermeasures for constructing Cadre Archives Informatization Management mode.It sums up the methods and paths of construction of Cadre Archives Informatization Management from four aspects,namely: the construction of basic resources,the construction of safeguard measures,the construction of institutional system,and establishing an appraisal system.
