A Research About The Social Support Of Female Entrepreneurship In The Coastal Areas

With the development of The Times,women entrepreneurs have different aspects of the change,with the development of the network business and electric business platform provides a new way for female entrepreneurship,this paper discusses from the perspective of social support of female entrepreneurship,and to the special geographical coastal areas as the research scope of this article.Coastal areas as domestic informatization,network and the rapid development of science and technology areas,has the advantage of the pioneer of reform and opening up,the women here their business status? Of the social support they venture? It is worth a contemporary issues and research.In response to this problem,this article from the perspective of sociology,in the social support of Shenzhen business women were studied.This study will be female entrepreneurship "social support" the core concept of operations into two types: the formal social support(government and quasi-government organizations)and informal social support(interpersonal circle and nongovernmental organizations),and three dimensions and five indicators,first,the degree of close relationship between social support and business women(very close,close,generally,a certain distance,there is a big distance);second,the frequency of female entrepreneurship social support(always,often,sometimes,sometimes,no);third,the degree of social support female entrepreneurship(there is a big support,a little support,in general,support,no less).At the same time,the different startup period(start-up stage,the start-up stage,presently stage)female entrepreneurship need social support are analyzed in comparison.Coastal areas of the basic conclusion of this study is that women entrepreneurship social support of the main features are: "strong relationship" support and the support of "weak ties" differences,formal and informal social support of social support is different,different business women need social support,Shenzhen special zone of different location advantages,as a special social support factors have an effect on female entrepreneurship in the region.Female entrepreneurship and coastal areas of social support for the following problems: the government to provide legal support for coastal area business women,not targeted,"strong relationship" business women for coastal areas of social support level is not high,the relationship between "weak" female entrepreneurship and coastal areas the close degree of femaleentrepreneurship and support the frequency is not high,the coastal areas of social support networks in the lower level of information sharing between members.Therefore,the author from two aspects of formal and informal social support is put forward in coastal areas women entrepreneurship multiple construction of social support system.In terms of formal social support,the government should formulate laws,related to promote entrepreneurship to improve the government's support of female entrepreneurship,union standard female entrepreneurship training system,improve female entrepreneurship professionalism,at the same time play to the role of the women's federation to promote female entrepreneurship,positive attention to female entrepreneurship dynamic.In terms of informal social support,to strengthen the exchange between our working relationship,improve the pioneering women own business ability and improve women's awareness of social workers,strengthen the support of social work for business women.
