In the procuratorial system,procuratorial technical department has its important role.The development and operationof the department,relationship to the point of legal supervision functioned,also directly related to the level of procuratorial work.However,the traditional procuratorial organs due to a variety of performance appraisal system defects,has seriously hindered the procuratorial technical department work.This article is based on the background of the judicial reform in our country,the procuratorial and procuratorial technology,performance appraisal,etc,on the basis of relevant theories and concepts,analyzes the features of our country's technical work,and then in Guangzhou's procuratorate technology sector.For example,analysis the department management personnel performance appraisal system,the problem existing in and the improvement of the corresponding strategy is put forward.
