Cost Estimation And Policy Choice Of Migrant Workers' Citizenization

Nowadays,the focus of the citizenization of migrant workers has become a national problem with the increase of migrant workers.Citizenization of migrant workers is an important content of promoting the construction of the new urbanization.In the study of problems of citizenization of migrant workers,the citizenization of migrant workers' cost estimation and policy choice became an important question which our country urbanization development faces,the high cost is the key issue.This article selects nine different scale of the city form different area,based on the macro data from2010 to 2015,conducts the real diagnosis research separately to the public cost and personal cost of citizenization from migrant workers,in order to seek policies to protection the citizenization of migrant workers.This research has the vital significance to promote the urbanization of rural migrant workers and to realize the new urbanization construction in our country better.First,describe statistical analysis the present situation of the citizenization of migrant workers in China.Concrete first carries on the analysis from peasant laborer's foundation characteristic,and then form the income and living conditions as well as the protection of the rights and interests of the peasant workers are used to describe the situation analysis of our country's public of the status of migrant workers.Analysis of migrant workers entering city faces higher costs in the process,as well as many of the policies that hinder form the present situation.Next,bases on the analysis to the migrant workers' citizenization resident's rationale and as well as to estimates the method the choice to carry on the analysis.First of all,separately from the urbanization development theory and resident cost theory obtaining,to analysis and study of the theoretical foundation of the citizenization of migrant workers in China.According to the research of the existing method for estimating the cost of citizenization of migrant workers,the citizenization of migrant workers cost is divided into public cost and personal cost two parts,and split the cost estimate.Again,according to the level of economic development of the cities and the availability of data,take city resident population as statistical caliber to selects nine different scale of the city form different area,on the basis of existing research,divides the citizenization of migrant workers' cost into the public cost and personal cost.By collecting the relevant data about each kind of cost of migrant workers ' citizenization instatistical yearbook,statistical bulletin and the data published by the related department's official website,estimate the different areas and urban scale cost of migrant workers ' citizenization and comparative analysis of the results.Finally,based on the above theoretical analysis and the results of the empirical analysis,according to combined with the actual situation and comparative analysis,put forward some policy suggestions on advancing the citizenization of migrant workers in the process of urbanization development.
