China's Image Transformation In Russian Published Media

Russian-Chinese cooperation has a significant role in the modern international relations.From 1991 Chinese-Russian relationships permanently develop and getting closer.Russian media have a big interest to news connected with China.Following changes of Russia and China bilateral relations during these years Chinese image reported in Russian media also has changed a lot.Now quantity of reports about China increases every year,it's content getting more informative,includes political,economy,social and cultural reports.Study of Chinese image changes in media leads us to understanding of Chinese-Russian relationship development process and changes of attitude and acknowledgment Russian people about China.Subject of research are reports of the most authoritative and respectful Russian newspaper “Evidence and Facts”,the objective of this study is to research Chinese image,it's specific features and changes in Russian media reports.Study uses qualitative and quantitative research methods,such as data sampling,text analysis,literature analysis and comparative approach.Firstly it collects reports about China by data sampling,then using different quantitative and quantitative research methods makes an analysis of reports about China.At last the researcher find out main factors influenced on the image changes of China.The structure of paper includes introduction,four chapters and conclusion.The first chapter describes state image concept,it's main forming factors and the role of media in state image development.The second chapter makes a descriptive statistic analysis by using SPSS software,researches 1991-1999 and 2000-2014 periods changes of reports quantity,then make a comparative analysis.The third chapter investigates changes of Chinese image in “Evidence and Facts” by using case study method.The last chapter discovers factors influenced on Chinese image,including raising of Chinese national power,creating Chinese image by Chinese media and improvement of the international relations.The study discovered a huge changes of Chinese image reflected in Russian media resources.1990's years journalists of the “Evidence and Facts” consider that China has a big threat to the Russian national security;also that it is not reliable economy partner.But Chinese image published in reports after 2000 year has been transformed into image one of the biggest economy and political partner in the world,also Russian's the biggest friend.
