Research Of Beijing Tianjin And Hebei Province Collaborative Supply Of Basic Public Survice

The gap in the basic public service between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is obvious.With the Beijing transfer of non-capital functions and the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development plan" promulgated,this huge gap seriously hindered the coordinated development.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to break their own boundaries to strengthen the division of labor between the city and to strengthen the integration of urban agglomerations.This paper studies the basic public service coordination supply of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Through the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei three places in the basic public service supply comparison,we find the real gap and where the problem lies.And through a variety of quantitative analysis of the means to objectively explain the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei three in the supply capacity,investment level,government preferences and service costs on the advantages and disadvantages.We can give reasonable recommendations on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation in the supply of basic public service.The research methods of this paper include literature analysis,comparative analysis and quantitative analysis.I have read a lot of domestic and foreign information on the issue of basic public service co-supply,with the overall understanding of this issue,and on this basis,I could form the basic framework of the paper.In addition,it also analyzes and compares the development ideas and constructive measures of different regions,and finds a way to use the measures on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.In addition,I find and analyze the basic public service data of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Although there are many achievements in the research of the cooperative supply of basic public services,the research on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is still lacking.The innovation of this paper is to define the relative advantages and disadvantages of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in terms of service capability and service projects,and to clearly measure the service standards and gaps through data analysis,and to support the comparative advantages of rational allocation of resources and inter-governmental division of labor.
