Job burnout, which is the result of factors such as psychological decline, work stress, and interpersonal relationships during the development of individual careers, gradually loses the enthusiasm for work, creates a psychological sub-healthy state of passive coping or even evasion, and the resulting physical fatigue and Depletion of emotions. In the current fast-paced,high-stress modern society, job burnout has become a common and high-prone problem.Burnout is formed in a latent manner. It has certain rules and stages of development. It mainly manifests itself as physical discomfort, mental fatigue, and behavioral dependence, negative absenteeism, and aggressive behavior.Job burnout is harmful to individuals, families, and organizations.Through research on job burnout,we can help identify job burnout in the study, face job burnout in real life and work, find job burnout, and then promptly intervene and eliminate job burnout. The grassroots civil servants of the national tax system,at the front line of tax collection and administration, shouldered the task of "collecting money for the country and collecting tax for the people" and directly handled the business for taxpayers. This is the ultimate implementation of tax policies and laws. They have high risk of law enforcement and complicated operations. They often face a high workload in their daily work.At the same time, they have the problem of low income levels and difficulty in promoting their positions.Once these problems and pressures are not handled well, job burnout tends to occur easily, and job burnout often has a negative impact on the efficiency, responsibility and enthusiasm of grass-roots civil servants in the tax system. Therefore,it is of great value and significance to study the job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in the tax system at this stage. This article first systematically summarizes the current theoretical studies and literature related to occupational burnout, and on this basis, takes the civil servants of the Large State Taxation Bureau of Shandong Province as the research object, and uses the MBI-GS Burnout Scale as a basis to combine The questionnaires actually designed by the Shandong Provincial Large State Taxation Bureau, after sufficient reliability and validity tests, were handed out to 91 civil servants and 89 valid questionnaires were retrieved.Through statistical analysis of the questionnaire data, the performance, degree, and influencing factors of job burnout at the basic level civil servants in the National Taxation Bureau were studied. After investigation and analysis, the causes of job burnout are often not single, but are the result of the combined effects of various factors such as individual level, social level, and organizational level.Due to the pressure of the grass-roots tax system, heavy workload, unreasonable age structure of the cadres, poor mobility of the staff, etc.,as well as the individual's unclear understanding of the occupation and the unscientific planning, tolerance to stress at work, etc. The job burnout at the grassroots level of the national tax system is more common, but there are significant differences in the level of job burnout among different groups of cadres.Among them, the level of job burnout is higher among young cadres, near retirement age cadres, and female civil servants. The intervention of job burnout needs the combined effects of individual level, social level and organizational level. This paper proposes a coping strategy to deal with occupational burnout in order to effectively and effectively solve the problem of job burnout at the grassroots level of the national taxation system, improve work efficiency and service attitude, further improve taxpayer satisfaction, and create service-oriented and effective national tax system.
