A Study On The Citizen 's Participation In Public Administration Decision-making

This requirement is to realize citizen's orderly political participation,inevitable requirement citizens have to be able to participate in the political activities of the channel,and citizen participation in administrative decision-making is the channel of citizens to participate in the activities of socialist democratic politics.Therefore,to carry out the system of citizen participation in administrative decision-making research has important theoretical significance and practical significance.Citizen participation in administrative decision-making is the realization of citizens' constitutional supervision and an important means of government power,and promote promote from the traditional government to management type government's important way,but also realize the essence of the people are masters of the country.In recent years,with administrative openness,driven in citizen participation in administrative decision-making in our country has carried on the beneficial exploration,such as: a complaint reporting system,hearing system,making major decisions,publicity system,etc.,have made certain progress.But,at present our country citizen participation in administrative decision-making still exists many problems: lack of institutionalized citizen participation in decision making and the participation channel is not smooth,participation in decision-making of decision-making ability is insufficient,lack of representative,the government's misunderstanding of concept of citizen participation in decision making,the problem such as citizen access to government information is difficult,this shows that the citizen participation in administrative decision need to be done in such aspects as institutionalization and legalization and standardization.Therefore,to solve the problem of citizen participation in the administrative decision-making in our country,on the one hand,we should draw lessons from western developed country citizen participation in administrative decision-making of advanced theory and practical experience,and on the basis of the introduction of foreign advanced theories,to build with Chinese characteristics of citizen participation in administrative decision-making theory and methods.Should build as soon as possible,on the other hand,our country citizen participation in administrative decision-making mechanism,perfect our country citizen participation in the institutionalized and non-institutionalized way and perfect the public administrative decision-making system,the country's current implementation of national governance and an important part of modern governance...
