In today's increasingly competitive society,the working pressure of professional groups has reached an unprecedented degree,job burnout has become a common phenomenon in modern society.In recent years,with the social development and progress,the transformation of the functions of government agencies,the work of the civil service team caused sustained attention to the public,virtually increased the pressure on civil servants,leading to the group into the high incidence of job burnout,especially grassroots civil servants,Is to achieve the direct power of government functions,if long-term in a high pressure,cumbersome working environment,not only will affect the individual's physical and mental health will reduce the efficiency of the organization.Therefore,we must pay attention to and strengthen the research on the job burnout of grassroots civil servants in order to establish a high-level clean and civil servant service at the grassroots level.From the existing research,the research content of job burnout is often focused on the research of employees and so on,among which the research object takes the grassroots civil servants as the research object very few.In this study,the status quo of job burnout of 118 grassroots civil servants in 118 districts of Quanzhou City was investigated by means of empirical research.The study used the reference burnout general scale,which showed better reliability and validity in this study.Based on the assurance that the collected data are reliable and accurate to measure the degree of job burnout of the grassroots civil servants,the data are analyzed by Spss statistical software to understand the work burnout of the grassroots civil servants in the L district of Quanzhou The differences in the working status,emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment of three factors in demographic variables such as gender,age,marital status,job,post,and working years were analyzed,and the differences between the three groups were analyzed.The impact of specific performance in the gender,men and women in the job burnout,emotional failure was no significant difference in the work attitude,personal sense of achievement on the difference was significant;in age,different age experience to work burnout and its emotions Failure,work attitude,personal sense of accomplishment are different,40 years of age to experience the work of burnout,work attitude and personal achievement feel the highest low,and 41 years of age to experience the emotional failure than 40 years of age more serious;Marital status,married and unmarried in the sense of job burnout and work attitude is no difference,but in the emotional exhaustion and personal sense of a sense of low sense of significant difference;in the job level,clerks and section cadres on the sense of job burnout The level of different management,in particular,the following officers in the work attitude and personal sense of accomplishment there are significant differences in the job category,the integrated management and non-management class in the job burnout,emotional exhaustion and personal sense of loss is different,But the experience of the work attitude is not significant differences in the number of years of work,more than 10 years of experience of job burnout,work attitude,personal achievement is the lowest,emotional failure with the increase in working years increased.According to the status quo of the job burnout of the grassroots civil servants in Quanzhou City,the author summarizes the causes of the job burnout of the grassroots civil servants in the L district of Quanzhou,which can be summarized as repetitive monotonous work,serious job overload and unreasonable assessment mechanism.Their own ability and job does not match,the remuneration system is unscientific,the promotion channel is not smooth and other psychological expectations,the leadership level is not high,there are interpersonal crisis and other cultural ecology,social support,moral kidnapping serious,public opinion Stress and other public opinion environment,and according to the conclusions of the study from the expansion of the work of the connotation,adjust the psychological balance,improve the cultural ecology,and guide the guidance of public opinion and other four angles to propose a corresponding effective job burnout problem recommendations and countermeasures.
