Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Under the new historical conditions,the grass-roots organizations are the basis for ensuring the implementation of the party's line,policies and decisions.The community Party building work is an important part of the construction of grass-roots organization.China's urbanization level is constantly improving,and the comprehensive strength of the city is increasing.So the status of community in urban construction is becoming more and more important.The task of party organizations in urban community is also increasingly heavy.At the same time,the development of economic and social is putting forward a new challenge for urban community party organizations,with the new situations and problems.Some community party organizations cannot fully adapt to the pace,so we need to explore how to improve the building of the party organization.This topic has a great practical significance and academic value for improving the scientific level of Party building and consolidating the party's ruling foundation.This paper adopts empirical research,based on data from questionnaires,interviews and Party building system,objectively and truly reflects the conditions of the community party building of the Taiyuan Street Subdistrict Office.Firstly,explained the connotation and elements of urban community.On this basis,explained the connotation and characteristics of Party building in urban communities.Secondly,combined with the literature and the analysis of the survey data that the party organizations in non-public enterprises with low coverage,the party members which have no fixed organizations are difficult to manage,Party organizations influence is poor,work team is weak are the main problems.Through in-depth exploration,analyzing the reason include the ideological building of Party organization is not in place,the system of Party building is not perfect,the working mode of community party building is single,and the building of work team is not in place.Finally,aiming at the problems and reasons,putting forward some suggestions,such as strengthening ideological construction,improving system and mechanism,innovating the work mode,and strengthening the work team,hoping to help practical work of community party building.
