Although the government employee system in China has been developing for more than and 10 years,but due to the lack of a unified national norms,the development of different regions are not the same.The G District of Guangdong city in Foshan province in 2005 to carry out exploration of government employees,and formed its own characteristics in practice:the government employees employed as auxiliary service professional technology to provide professional and technical services for government employees,to assist the government to carry out the daily administrative affairs of the employees and drivers engaged in logistics affairs logistics service.However,due to the single incentive measures,the effect is not obvious,resulting in a high rate of loss of government employees.It wastes a lot of administrative costs,and is not conducive to the improvement of the government's administrative efficiency,contrary to the original intention of the establishment of government employees.This study first reviews the domestic and foreign research literature on the incentive of government employees,followed by the introduction of the concept of government employee motivation and the need to use the theoretical principles.On this basis,the current situation of Foshan city G district government employees and the relevant incentive measures were introduced,and the design of the G District of Foshan city government employees motivation questionnaire,grasp the area on the incentives and employee satisfaction evaluation to the general enthusiasm for work,carried out in an interview,the master of the current district employees incentive problems and analyzes the causes of problems.Finally,to establish and perfect the scientific and fair government employee performance appraisal system,rich government employee rewards and punishment changes expectations motivate employees,improve the post salary structure countermeasures to eliminate inequality positions,effective incentive of government employees.With the current government employees in the grass roots government role is more and more important,the government employee incentive and will be more attention,and its incentive means will become more comprehensive,perfect and effective.Through the study of Foshan city G district government employees incentive,can improve the employees' incentive to other areas in theory and practice,to provide a reference,so as to improve our government employees incentive mechanism.
