The work responsibilities and job content grassroots government is more onerous,but the number of grass-roots government staff is very limited,which leads to poor grass-roots staff enthusiasm and initiative.Grassroots government employs a large number of supernumerary staff,but due to the stimulus,"National Public Service Law" under the policy and is limited to the formal establishment of the national civil service,but does not apply to government supernumeraries,which also resulted in the non-staff job satisfaction is low.Therefore,how to improve job satisfaction grassroots government departments supernumerary personnel is an important issue currently facing,grass-roots government supernumeraries,influencing factors through the work of a clear government supernumerary staff satisfaction,formulation according to the psychological and material needs of different government departments supernumerary staff scientific work incentive system.The main content of this paper includes four aspects: First,the paper describes the primary government supernumerary staff job satisfaction related to the fundamental concepts and basic theory;Secondly,through the preparation of the questionnaire and the amount of work X district grassroots government departments supernumerary staff satisfaction investigation degree in psychological contract,job satisfaction,and grass-roots government supernumeraries several variables were defined based on;again,this paper studied the correlation degree and effect relationship between variables by descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis,grassroots government departments supernumerary staff to develop strategies to enhance job satisfaction has laid a solid foundation;Finally,this paper presents suggestions and strategies to enhance and improve the grass-roots government departments X district supernumerary staff job satisfaction.From building a complete human resource management processes based on psychological contract chain,improve the system guarantee system psychological contract to build and improve the satisfaction and non-staff human resources management of ecosystems in three aspects.The research methods of this paper include system research,literature induction,field investigation and statistical analysis.
