Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and civil service examinations have become hotter and hotter.It is not an exaggeration to say that "thousands of troops have crossed a single bridge".It is generally believed that the work of civil servants is relatively stable.At the same time in the society has a higher status and prestige.However,at the present stage,China's reform and opening-up has entered deep water areas.It is precisely a period of steeper progress and steeper progress in the middle of a boat and a steeper attack on the Mid-Mountain Road.It is a window period in which progress becomes more difficult,progress becomes more dangerous,progress is not advanced,and it is necessary to move forward.The sense of pressure of civil servants,especially at the grass-roots level,increased obviously,and "52" and "white and black" became the normal state of cadres at the grass-roots level."Saturday guarantees not rest,Sunday rest does not guarantee" also become grass-roots civil servants self-ridicule.On the one hand,the millions of candidates who take the public examinations year after year want to become a civil servant.On the other hand,people who are already in the system complain that there are many restrictions within the system and are not free.What is the great difference between the two?.At present,it is the key period to build a well-off society in an all-round way.The government management is changing from social management to social governance,in order to achieve co-construction,co-governance and sharing,people pay more and more attention to the personnel management of government departments.Job satisfaction is one of the most important factors that affect the working efficiency of employees.Grass-roots civil servants are the main force to serve the masses at the grass-roots level.The job satisfaction of grass-roots civil servants affects the administrative efficiency of government departments.In this context,in-depth investigation and study of the job satisfaction of grass-roots civil servants,reasonable study of the factors affecting job satisfaction,scientifically put forward a proposal to improve the job satisfaction of grass-roots civil servants is the topic.The service consciousness and ability of public servants can be enhanced and the people's sense of acquisition can be greatly enhanced.For the study of job satisfaction,experts and scholars at home and abroad tend to focus on the job satisfaction and improvement strategies of enterprise employees,and seldom pay attention to and research on the job satisfaction of civil servants.This study aims at the problem of job satisfaction of grass-roots civil servants,focusing on the group of grass-roots civil servants in W city,using the method of combining theoretical research with empirical dynamic research,using comprehensive literature research,structured interviews,and so on.Questionnaire survey and other methods,using a set of job itself,superior relationship,co-worker relationship,career development,compensation and other five dimensions of civil service job satisfaction scale,through the use of SPSS,A Mos quantitative analysis tool,using exploratory factor analysis,reliability and validity test,structural equation model and other methods to analyze the collected questionnaire results,systematically analyzed the factors influencing the job satisfaction of the grass-roots civil servants in W city.That is,job itself,superior relationship,co-worker relationship,career development,salary return are the five influencing factors of job satisfaction.From the above five aspects,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to increase the job satisfaction of civil servants,hoping to provide an effective reference and reference for the standardized management of civil servants at the grass-roots level.
