| In 2013,the party’s the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward to achieve the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,this requirement is reflected in the grassroots level,is the modernization of community governance.Urban community work team is in the first line of urban reform,development and stability,facing the society directly and facing the urban residents,which is an important force to promote the modernization of urban community governance.This paper takes Shenzhen L street community staff as the research sample,mainly studies the incentive mechanism of city community workers,using empirical research methods,combined with the principle of double factor theory,from the expectation,respect,rewards and punishments,and participate in the competition five aspects of comprehensive analysis of L street community staff incentive mechanism,according to the problems and causes of the incentive mechanism of L Street Community Workers,explore the countermeasures to optimize the incentive mechanism of the staff of the city community.The full text is divided into six parts to elaborate on the incentive mechanism of urban community workers.The first part first explains the incentive mechanism of city community staff in the background,and domestic related research,core concepts and theories related to the research then explain the research methods and framework are introduced.The second part of this paper involves the core concepts and the two factor theory,and the two factor theory on the guiding significance of this article.In the third part,the basic situation of the L street and community workers,and introduces the L based community staff incentive mechanism of policy system,separately from the expectations,respect,rewards and punishments,competition and participate in the five angles and the connotation of the standard L street community staff incentive policies in detail.The fourth part according to the questionnaire survey on the streets of L A,B,C in three communities,two factor theory combined with Herzberg,from the expectations,respect,rewards and punishments,and participate in the competition in five aspects analyzes the problems existing in the incentivemechanism of L street.The fifth part of the corresponding incentive mechanism of the five points of view,expounds the L street community staff incentive mechanism causes.In the sixth part,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the incentive mechanism of urban community workers from the perspectives of the factors of expectation,respect,reward and punishment,competition and participation in the five part. |
