As a national civil service specialized personnel management of public affairs, is the most important power of the party in governing the country. According to the "Civil Servant Law" provisions of the people’s Republic of China:"civil servant refers to perform official duties according to law, in the national administrative personnel, wages by the welfare burden of the national finance staff." Therefore, civil servants working attitude, service capacity, service level, working efficiency, directly affect the image of the party and country, the government executive ability and credibility, and even affect the social populace’s daily life.According to the reports, and data show that the current population of civil servants in all sectors higher proportion of burnout, triggering a state departments, experts and scholars as well as close attention to the community. In this paper, starting from the Civil groups burnout, burnout performance by civil groups, analyze the reasons for the Civil burnout, with the basic theory of management, psychology and other related disciplines to explore the civil burnout problem solving strategies.This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter introduces the Civil burnout background and significance, research status, purpose methods and ideas. The second chapter of the Civil Service Burnout and Prevention theoretical overview. The third chapter analyzes the status quo of civil servants burnout. The fourth chapter studies Burnout Prevention Experience. Chapter Ⅴ of the Civil explore solutions Burnout Problem. Chapter Ⅵ Conclusions and Prospects.
