With the socio-economic transformation and development,women's survival and development of the situation has also undergone unprecedented historical changes.Women's Federation,as the most extensive mass base in China,the most complete organization,the most influential and most influential women's organizations,is not only a bridge link between the party and the government,but also an important social pillar of state power.It's work dependents on grassroots women's federations,especially the deve-lopment of Rural Women's.According to the fifth census,the population of Yanzhao Town,Quyang County,Hebei Provinceis 41716,which women are20791.The number of men and women was essentially flat.The town of Quyang County as an important food production areas and fruit,dairy farming base,which the main resident farmers,the home population is female.At present,these women are no longer confined to farming,but self-operated some of the tertiary industry,such as Quyang County Pingan Trading Company,East ditch South slaughtering plant,Xigou South garment factory,reflecting the new era of women's survival Features.Therefore,The study of work obstacles ande reasons,which the Yanzhao Town Women 's Federation to participate in social governance occurred,and further learn from some advanced women's organizations at home and abroad,these are very necessary to put forward a feasible countermeasure.This article takes the Yanzhao Township Women's Federation of Quyang County as the research object,focusing on their participation in social governance barriers and corresponding countermeasures.According to the domestic and foreign women's grass-roots organizations involved in social governance literature,This paper is based on the dual role of grassroots women's federations in China.Through the research and analysis of advantages,disadvantages,obstacles and the realistic needs of women's masses in Yanzhao Town Women's Federation of Quyang County,this article locates the work function of Yanzhao Town Women '.According to the domestic and foreign advanced social grass-roots organizations achieved success stories,this paper explores the effective measures of Yanzhao Town Women's Federation to participate in social governance.First,strengthen the main leadership,effectively rationalize the relationship with other social organizations.Second,Yan Zhao Town Women Union should undertake the project as a carrier of activities to solve the financial problems.Third,Yan Zhao Town Women Union should strengthen the training of women workers full-time talent improving service quality.Fourth,Yan Zhao Township Women's Federation should co-guide other social organizations and personnel collaboration,while focusing on the use of new technical means in order to effectively improve the work of the implementation and feasibility.
