With the rapid development of the economy and society, the traditional way that government services in the traditional mode no longer meet the needs of the people, the contradiction between the current social management methods and the social realities needs to become increasingly prominent. In recent years, various social organizations, both in quantity and scale, have developed rapidly and their desire to participate in social governance has become stronger.Especially after the 17 th CPC National Congress, the Party Central Committee pointed out the importance of cultivating and developing social organizations in the reports of major conferences,it reflects the determination of China to play the role of social organization and realize a new pattern of government governance, social regulation, and benign interaction of residents' autonomy. How to improve social organizations and promote the development of government and social organizations in the direction of benign interaction has become an vital issue.Through the analysis of current social development status,it points out the feasibility and inevitability of social organization to participate in social governance, and introduces the case of Pei County Women's Federation to participate in social governance practice. The existing problems are pointed out as follows:(1)lack of motivation;(2)lack of resources;(3)lack of innovation.According to the problems found, three countermeasures are put forward:(1)Relying on the government and exerting the role of “regulator” for social interests;(2)Relying on the masses and exerting the role of “server” for women and children;(3)Improving the organizational system and exerting the role of “bridge” of the governance and women.
